System services
Aurora's own services and timers
| Unit | What it does |

greetd.service | The login manager. |
aurora-first-snapshot.service | Takes the “Fresh install” snapshot at the first boot (btrfs). |
aurora-battery-limit.service | Applies the 80% charge limit at boot and after resume. |
aurora-repo-check.timer | Daily: switches the Aurora apt repository on once it answers. |
aurora-live-setup.service | Live session only: creates the live user and applies the boot menu's language and keyboard. |
aurora-ai-index.timer (user) | Keeps the search-by-meaning index up to date (when that feature is on). |
ufw.service | The firewall. |
unattended-upgrades.service | Automatic security updates. |
grub-btrfsd.service | Adds snapshots to the boot menu (btrfs). |
Inspect them with systemctl status UNIT (add --user for user units) or
in Task Manager → Services.
